as i mention that i going to saY about the steamboat..what hapPen was tHat i was transfering photo to computer was that i saw the photo that was takEn at marina south and i remember that i foRget to tell you people one thing which s the story behind watermelon..i saw the table beside me got watermelon and i wanted to eat too aNd my frieNd went to huNt for it but who know after 1 rOund he found nothing..and saw it near our table..that where it was kept..we are so blur..wrost coMe to wrost he had to wash the plate(not cause we don't have money is the plate is dirty that why)..i taste good mainly due to us beEn thirsty even with drinks..below is Only part of the watermelon that we had..

waS quite busy this few days..got a whole stack of things to be clear and my mailbox is brUsting soOn..no time to clear was busy with my stuff..if i will to snap a picture of all the things that i had to clear..you will be surprisde at how much worK i got to do..that why i mention it in the last few entries tHat i going to be veRy busy this few wEeks..no time to online aNd chat with friends..but at leasT i stiLl goT the heaRt to blog at this hours of the day when oTher are sleEping..i eVen pUt my woRk aside anD wEnt for diNner with tErry..it bEen like monThs since i eVer had meal with him..laTer go baCk office nEed to finish up what i had not finisHed but is wrOth it as he toLd me alot of stoRy that hapPen arOund..he bouGht a new phoNe laSt wEek from bOon..when he told me he stiLl got contact with him i was so surpriSe as i very long neVer see bOon already..kind of miSs him..but he told me that he becomre more handsome already..is it true?.. i not sure about it..i think at least got a yeAr neVer see him already..veRy long right..jaCky still the same only that he change his working plaCe but at the same company and as fOr ah yong he wEnt to schoOl and further studies..good for him..sia fEi, he not so sUre aBout him..and last but not least is xiAo ming..he goT maRried abOuT june or jUly like that anD he going be a dAd sOon..gong xi gonG xi..i wAs the last to know aboUt this and was surprise bUt whEn tErry mention that he goiNg be a Dad anD i kNow whaT wrong already..thing haPpen too quiCKly alreAdy..but his wiFe and hiM had knoWn each other veRy long alreadY but not suRe how long had they stead but i don't think is long..leSs than 2 yeArs if i not wrOng...hope that he won't regret wHAt he had dOne..i only caN wiSh him all the best and hope thing will be vERy smooth for him..he also chaNge job alREady..fEel like aSKing wherE he woRKing noW..so many thing hAd haPpen to them..had swensen foR dinNer and i toOk a long timE to choOse my ice cream..

emPty promiSes...
i gOt enouGh of steAMboat...i had steamboat on fridaY and saturDay...that was damm niCe..fridat weNt to maRina soUth there...aFter our diNner we decided to waLk baCk to the Mrt station instead of taking the bus..and gueSs hOw long it tOok..more thAn an hour..we waLked the wroNg way..gOt shoRt cut don't walk, walk loNg cut..saturday weNt to eat tian tian huo guo at bugIs there with bernaRd, autiNe & cinDy...we kEpt taLking abOut caRol..fiNally know more abOut her..must think of a way to heLp her..but she never teLl us the proBlem how to heLp but we guess also think is due to that problem..thinking in proCess...weNt there around 11pm..eat till almost 12.30am..afTer which of course wENt home and slEep if not go whEre...taLking abouT relationship, just found out that a friend of miNe had break up witH his boyfriend..they had been together for quite sometime..felT sad for ...them.neVer except things will go wrong..no idea who is in the wrOng too..that not my prOblem as they neVer approAch me fOr heLp..i got more problem to solve..whERe goT time to caRe for others who doN't comE ask me..so many things to do..i think about relationships or even guys...wha i haTe mosT abOut them is breAk promise..they give peoPle the hope buT end up things neVer get doNe..kOr tOld me the problem that he had..weLl..aLso relationship things..sAy one of the so call pen-pal wAnts to be his girlfrieNd (which both of us think not suitable foR him as the character all this) and wants to go to his house to visit his parents..this is a way for her to know about is family bacKground and mist important is for her to know his habits...since shE say it..but of course neVer bring her home...as they can't be together..going to a person house can get to know a person more weLl as you will kNown what type of character they had...i neEd a massage....heRe and there aching...it aboUt time for me to sleep as i gOt not enough slEep thesE few days...i'm a 7-11...niGht!!...

doNe with my paPer and here i am to update abOut what hapPen..arriVe early but was not allow in yet and was told it will start 2.30pm instead of the time stated so i went to revise and snap picture again of me..before and after of the exam..quite easy la..but not sure of the grade..haha..all will depend on the examier already...

time now is 8.45pm..in around another 17.5 hr i be having exam and my feeling now is nervous....ya, that caused me to have stomach pain just now but now was bettEr...that right..no idea how i felt this way but that my feeling..was doing multi task..eating dinner and blogging..well..i also felt tired..but i going to study..really..no matTer what i not going to slEep till i done with my revision..will be on leave tommorrow but i caN't enjoy tiLl i done with my exam right..ya...

breAkfaSt...
a sUnday morniNg waS great having time on mY own..but cuRrenylt feLt hungry aNd tired..feeL like slEeping but i doN't want to wASte a beatuifUl day in my drEamlaNd..aS mention, i wAs not abLe to be on leaVe for a wEek therefOre i weNt to woRk on friday and tO my surPrise, i sAw Lisa on the traiN..she tOld me that she goiNG to resign sOon as her boSs does not treat her weLl..she wAs not able to leave on the dot as she had to pick her child up from the chiLdcaRe..the woRK scope alsO not goOd as she onLy get buSy aFter 4pm which is nEar knoCking off time..she toLd me thaT aloT of things that hapPen in S**** and alot peoPle resign including micheLle and siEw pheNg sooN..SP is excepted as the other time heAr don't know who told me that she will resign and now it become trUe..thinGs changes so fast..in leSs tan 6 months alot of peoPle resign aNd if i will to go back, i thiNk aloT of peoPle i aLso don't knoW wHo they aRe...was lOoking at an aRticle aBout bREafaSt..i shaLL shaRe it hEre with evEryone..importanCe of bReakfaStBreakfast is themost importance meal of the day. i woke up 2 hours aGo by phoNes calls..and here i am feELing so bored and so decided to come in here to blog..weLl..ard midnitght i say that i was plaYin g game with JY and in the eNd i stiLl lost to her..afTer rounds of beEn loSt i gave up and go and read blogs..so bored..reaLly..but it was a day for me slacking around..i think i stilL as usuaL can't gEt used to stoNing arouNd at home..i on leaVe as my braIn not going towork on thuRsday..no la..actualLy is to stay home and prepared for a majOr exam neXt wednesday that why..but now alSo no moOd..pHone kEep ringing asking me this and thAt..i think from morninG till now at leaSt gOt more thaN 10 calLs already..feEl like goiNg baCk to woRk laTer but thiNking of it wiLl destory my thursDAy..i sudDenly gOt the feEling of maKing suShi..but no idea if i gOt the time to make it not..dePend..exam coming and i Not that prepaRed yet..heLp..who going to hELp me to ovErcome it..

bad MoNday
weLl todaY was having a bad day..things did not goes as smooth as it was supposed to go..morninG woke up anD tooK breaFast..weNt to a company and found out their job scope was damm streSs..thAt make me refleCt upon myself..the life in S***A was muCh beTter than the one that i wEnt to..the sad paRt was that i gOt gastric pain alMost the whoLe day might be my stomach's clocK did not gEt use to me eaTing breAfast so eaRly and had lunch during noon and not havinG my dinNer as i wAs not hunGry..still gOt thing that upSad me but i don't think i waNna wriTe here..The weEkend was daMm busy foR me as usUal and i onLy ate 1 meal on saturDay and 2 meaLs on sUnday..peOple might though thAt i wAs on dieT but actuaLly is tOo busy to eat..anywaY i did manage to weNt shopPing in the laSt hour befOre all shop closes and bouGht some clothes..by the way, i didn't get to see the firewOrk on fridaY..thaT is a waste...neveR mind..i caN wait tiLl enDof the yeAr...is geTting laTe..i think i shaLl stop here and continue to waTch my DVD drama..it aBout to end..afTer which will be in beD counTing sheep...gooD night every onE!!

tirEd daY...
wAs havinG my so called diNner and typing while typing this entries..i stiLl got so many things that i haD nOt done..thAt whaT i deserved..why i say so waS mainly because i didN't manage to do all my rePort that was due and weNt for a holiDay..4 more rePorts to do..i finaLly get oUt of siNgapOre yesterday..everythinG wAs ok excePt that whEN i reaChed the maLaysia cusTom there i saW a flood..yes with peopLe not water..the Q was veRy loNg..waited tiLl almOst 30 mintuEs before i gOt a staMp at my paSsporT..wEnt to cheCk the time slot for a movie and waTch 'The BreakOut" hear that it was not screEn in sinGapore yet..but i though it was already screEn..well..anywAy is waS a sAd enDing..unlike lake houSe which is a hAppy ending..the price is very cheap only RM$6 which is around S$2.70..cheap right..it was because over there is not pubLic holiday that wAy is cheaP..wondEr when can i go in and watch again? anyone want to tag aloNG?? i lefT at arounf 5pm everything was quite smooth but i waited for an expRess bus at Singapore cusTom took me 30 mintues..i waited for hree bus befOre i can get into the bus..weLl didn't manage to watch the parade but i get to watCh the fireWork ok..overall..i think it should be ok..ya before i forget i didn't went to watch the fireworK on tuesday..maybe tomorrow will be going and watch...i think it time to stop here...i stiLl got to rush out my reports..sad...

wELl..some update abOut the National Day Parade(NDP) as i afraid that i might not have the time to update that tomorrow as i will be out of the country for a few hours...
2006 NDP logo
This year's logo embraces our theme "Our Global City, Our Home". It depicts a globe with the little red island of Singapore as its focal point. Despite our small size, our island is widely recognized for its thriving economy, its connectivity to the world and its emerging role on the international stage.
The use of multi-coloured brushstrokes demonstrates our vibrancy as a nation. The merging of the different colours into one icon connotes our unity and harmony as a multi-racial and multi-religious society. The treatment of the brushstrokes gives the logo an Asian feel. It denotes that while Singapore is evolving into a global city, we do not forget our roots and Asian values.
The futuristic black font shows our boldness and that we are forward looking in shaping our future as a nation.
The theme..
The theme for NDP 2006 is “Our Global City, Our Home”. This theme portrays Singapore as a vibrant cosmopolitan city and an international hub that is plugged into the global community. At the same time, Singapore today is a city, which offers numerous opportunities and many different paths to success. This is where Singaporeans live, work and play and this is the place we are proud to call home. These sentiments are in line with PM Lee’s National Day Rally 2005 speech, where he encouraged us to remake Singapore into a vibrant global city called home.

History of NDP..
The year was 1965, and Singapore was suddenly on her own. With no natural resources and an unstable regional situation, the future looked difficult for our small island. Now more than ever, was there a need for Singaporeans to rally around each other, regardless of differences. Singapore was no longer just a city or state, she was a nation.
In 1966, Singapore celebrated her first National Day with a parade at the Padang. 23 000 participants captured the attention of the nation, with energetic performances from military personnel, and other government and private groups. School children also formed a significant part of the parade, emphasizing the importance of the young. Celebrations continued well past the parade with fireworks displays in the evening, cultural shows at community centres and a 40 ft high electronically lit sea dragon making its way around the harbour.
The choice of the pronoun “Our” in the theme is deliberate as it connotes a sense of inclusiveness and ownership. Reiterating these sentiments, the phrase ‘Our Home’ evokes the warmth and unconditional acceptance that comes from a true sense of belonging.
The parade was not merely a celebration but an affirmation of unity as well. It was Singaporeans coming together to reflect on how well they had survived one year of independence together, and a chance for them to look to the future, with the determination to succeed.
Subsequent parades became more and more impressive, with various changes and additions, although the traditional format stayed the same. The SAF joined in the parade after its creation in 1969, emphasizing the need for total defence at every parade, and thrilling audiences with increasingly impressive drills and displays.
Ten years after the first pile in the construction of the National Stadium was driven in, National Day celebrations were moved from the Padang to the Stadium in 1976 to accommodate larger crowds. The higher vantage point allowed for even more impressive and larger scale shows. Since then, the parade has returned to the Padang, every 5 years.
Over the years, National Day Parades have become part of our national psyche, the excitement and buzz it creates is like no other. Many of us remember growing up through various National Day periods, the yearly favourites like the fireworks sewn into the vignettes of our collective memories.
Parades are so popular that in 1998 the Straits Times reported that people were willing to queue for up to 36 hours to get their hands on a pair. Subsequently, the e-ticketing system was implemented to save eager parade goers the inconvenience of acquiring tickets. If you have ever been to a parade, it's easy to understand why they have such a strong appeal. The sheer electricity of being amongst tens of thousands of people gathered together amidst the colour and excitement of the parade , is something that has to be experienced to be understood.

over the weEkend i weNt to have diNner at suNtec city wiTh jiAn Wei and it was nice after which went to watch firEworK and i manage to vieDo all but wont be put it hERe as i was too lazy to convert it..it was quiTe a nice one but i hoping to see a nicer one tonight as the theme is SINGAPORE..but no idea if i going tonight abit tired now and also can't find any peopLe to go with me..after the firewoRk we weNt for bEn and jeRry as it was veRy crowded if we weRe to go home..aftEr that we board the train back and that was a wrong decision to stand there as i kept hear someone coughing and who know at around Dover that guy which is in his 40s or 50s puke in the train and the reaction from people arouNd him was to spilt and it was damm fuNny to see how peoPle react..and after which the guy was like ok and awhile later he did it again..we alSo go to the next caBiN..and i was like thinking if he was sick and didn't take a cab the reason is cause of the increAse in fee..and i can't imagine that He can still continue to stand there till boOn lay as jiaN wei aliGht that time the guy is stiLl there..can't believe so many thing happEn...juSt now was haVing some problem with my computer..no idEa what was wroNg with the keyboard that whatever i preSs it apPear another leTters..but till now still quite ok..hopefully nothing going to happEn..loOking forward to the end of the day as it will going be a day to enjoy from the moment been knock off tiLl thursday morning..

iT's friDay...enjOyz..
hEy all...it's friDAy...4 more daY to nationaL days...whicH meAn a holiDAy fOr me...feeL like travelling out to somewheRe where i caN relax and eNjOy my daY but the problem is this is the laSt time the parade will be held in naTional stadiUm as they going to close for renovation..but they not going to increAse the size of the stadiu ,or what juSt a minor thing..but that took about 3 to 4 yeArs..not that suRe..thesad paRt is that i didn't gEt any tiCkets..that reaLly sad right?..and i wanted to waTch the parade..stiLl thinking should i geT out of the countRy or to stAy heRe in the country to celebrate the birthDAy...wAs chattiNg in mSn with jiAn Wei just now and whaT haPpen was that whEn i lOok at his display picture is like so cUte..can't believe..maKe me laugH..amd hetold me that alot peoPle comment on that picture and I decided to show my reADer his pictuRe here..hoPe he don't mind sinCe i aSk him to seNd me his phoTo and he didn't ask whAt i waNts it for..

nOt eAsy...
well...wEnt to watch the lake house on MonDay despite me beEn tired and haVing that bacKache...well..that was a normaL plot to me...yEsterDay though of going off during lunch time as i was too tireD anD back was stiLl aching but upOn seeing my wOrkloAd..i think that i can't leave therefore i continue on but i left about an hour earlier to go to CPF to seTtle somethiNg..finaLly get the chaNce to go there..afTer which weNt baCk homE for diNner as mum caLled me to go baCk eat..weLl so no choice go home instead of eaTing out..and stoning alone..hOme got peoPle won't be lonely lo..toDay was the same just that i thougH i be laTe as bUt end up i on the dot..i not latE ok..i neVer taKe cab too...just now was busY looking fOr a right canDiate but damm diffcuilt...seriously...can't find anyone up to my standard..sure will reject if i give those type of peoPle..he damm fuSsy abOut it no choice..who asK me waNt to acCept that ofFer..no choiCe..for my haPpiness and his..so fusSy..really.but i this time seriously goiNg to help him despite that i got my own things to do...was chating with a friend who had problem while worKing..he told me that 2 of his colleague had resign one on mOnday and the other on tuesday..so i asKed so today will it be his turN??..just joking only..we will comparinG about the worKload and fOund oUt one thing in common..what ever things that we do, we aRe beEn awarded with anything bUt anything do wrOng...all the @#&*% will come out la...2 moRe daYs to wEekends...sian...
